I got too drunk last night, and I said some things that I didn’t mean,
or maybe I did, and they just didn’t come out right.
It doesn’t really matter what I did.
I wake up feeling guilty.
I wake up feeling lonely,
and I look for something to apply it to, even if it’s only in my head.
I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry. I’m so sorry, I just get like this sometimes.
You don’t have to apologize. You’re alright. You’re alright.
I see you at the end of the bar
I think about the last time that we talked
How I wanted to apologize for things that I should not
‘Cause the last thing I remember
Is you getting too close to my face
And I couldn’t understand your hands
Thought I knew who you were
You don’t have to apologize. You’re alright. You’re alright.
Please don’t tell me, please don't tell me
I don’t have to apologize.
You don’t know what it’s like.
You won’t say it to me
Watch me walk away
I have to unlearn this
But I won’t say I’m sorry
I don’t need to anymore
You don’t have to apologize. You’re alright. We’re all alright sometimes.
We don’t have to apologize for living our lives.

Found this album at a time I was in the habit of having a bad dream about you and me. It's great, the song's great, the band's great, corn dogs are probably mid at best. vincentavatar

I got this album on another platform when it first came out, and I thought it was excellent. It came out at a time I was searching for more punk music. For me, it really hits a perfect mix of having incredibly articulate, evocative lyrics and inspiring me to move when I hear it. To this day, it's one of my favorite albums to come out. blujacket
